| When your parts call for critical ID tolerances or superior microfinish requirements, Dearborn Inc. has the capabilities. Dearborn can hone bores from as small as .156 Dia up to 8.0 Dia. and up to 20' deep depending on the hole size. Microfinishes from 63 RMS for most applications to 8 RMS, (such as Pultrusion dies), can be provided as each application requires. Dearborn has also developed processes to hone very small diameters, as small as .156 Dia up to 36" long on thru bores. Our ability to hone these very small, deep diameters in difficult-to-machine materials is a service upon which our customers rely - and one that Dearborn consistently provides. |
