Dearborn manufactures small, thin walled parts used for surgical instruments and implants for the medical industry.

The medical industry requires small, thin walled parts used for cannulated surgical instruments and various implants.

Dearborn has developed methods to manufacture these types of parts in many alloys, depending on the application.

To create these thin-walled parts, Dearborn produces ultra-concentric tube hollows in the .003 TIR, ID to OD range. These precision tubes can then be drawn into very small precision tubing to be used for various applications, including stent tubing, cannulated tubes, cochlear implant tubing, etc.
